GDPR Data Privacy Policy

The only personal data collected on this site by myself is via the contact and newsletter forms. The data is used so I can communicate with you and will not be passed on to any other parties except for the cloud computing services listed below or if you have specifically agreed otherwise with me.

If you contact me through the contact form or email me directly then your email details and the contents of your message will be stored within my email system which is provided by Google. I will use these details to reply to you, possibly with an ongoing email conversation, or via your telephone if you have provided the number. If you do provide a telephone number then that would be potentially stored on my phone and that information could be automatically backed up to Apple iCloud.

If you sign up to the mailing list then your name and email address will be stored to Google cloud storage. I will then use this data to contact you occasionally either through my email provider (Google) or potentially via third party mailing list utility.

This website has been built using Squarespace. Squarespace may also capture some of the data mentioned above. It is also possible that they capture further details such IP addresses that visit their websites and cookie information. Here is a link to Squarespace’s own GDPR info:

If you would ever like your details to be removed from my email system, telephone or the data collected via Squarespace then please contact me to request this. I would do my best to remove all traces of this data, though getting all traces of the data deleted from the Google, Apple and Squarespace cloud services may not be possible. 

You may also contact me to request a list of your data that I do have stored.
